Lynn pier

Brand new here, wondering if anyone knows when the lynn pier repairs will be completed and open?

The pier was completed a couple of months ago. why no opening? Not sure. Gov B.S. probably small fence in the entry way,Danger sign on fence. Just step over and fish anyway-we do
