Hi, I am not from MA, but I will be visiting a friend in Charlton over New Years. Not looking to spot burn, but I was hoping you guys could tell me of some lakes that would be frozen and that are open to the public. I was looking at Buffumville, but that looks pretty big and I don't have any tip ups to spread myself out (although I could borrow some). And honestly, this is more of an excuse to get my friend out of the house and away from his awful wife for a day. So I'm not looking to work too hard, but it would be nice to at least catch one fish, ha. Any input would be very appreciated. Thanks!
