Are all ponds/lakes/reservoirs open to fishing

Are all reservoirs/lakes/ponds open to fishing in Mass.? I've been wanting to go to Norton Reservoir to do some fishing but I'm not sure if it is allowed.

Yes, most ponds are open. Check with the town hall where you want to fish if the pond is in a park. I fish Hedges pond in Plymouth. It’s closed because Plymouth closed it’s parks and camps. Great Herring, however, was open as of Monday when I rode by it on my M/C.

Ponkapog, my home pond, is open.
