I am a recent resident of Tyngsboro and my son and I have decided to try fishing as a father/son activity. I haven't fished in a very long time and am not familiar with all the tools of the trade. I welcome any and all advice. I was hoping to take my son out Saturday morning for a bit to Flint Pond or the merrimack river or maybe even Walden Pond if anyone has any recommendations on places to visit and equipment to get.
