So is there a database that has weekly water temp readings for lakes and rivers in MA? I figured this would be easy to find, but I haven't had any luck at all.

Every body of water is different. Many factors come into play, depth, clarity, etc. Right now you can probably find a 10 deg. difference between ponds. If the sun will stay out things should pick up quite a bit by next wknd. No cold weather in sight! I actually saw a turtle in the water today, so that is a good sign! Shocked

I totally get that. I'm asking if there's somewhere online where people give the temps of waterbodies in the state

nope, no data base on water temps in MA, only for the ocean.

but like don said, all ponds are different!
