Spring Fishing Help

So as I am sure some of you have noticed i'm a young kid that just found the love of his life (fishing). Anyways, so I have never fished in the spring before and I am super super excited! I like really really am haha, anyways I was wondering what good lures were for spring fishing?

(preferably post/pre spawn)

I like throwing jigs. Just letting them sit there. Moving them an inch at a time. It's hard to do. Have to have patience but it pays off

I like spinner baits / crank baits (lipless). covers a lot of ground.
