Tried today, anyone else

Got out for an hour on some open water at lunch. Had one huge hit on a drop shot with a zoom shaky head worm but it spit the hook. Anyone get out to fish today ? I also tried a jerk bait and a jig but nada on those.

Sorry, can't help you with Plainville. Do you know what kind of fish are in your pond?

Trout, panfish, and pickerel are more catchable than bass this time of year.

There are loads of pickerel in the lake, but no tears in the soft plastic. could have been a big perch too. But it was a sign of life . Then it snowed 10 inches and froze over and another 10 on the way
