Need Some Sally

My buddy just get into fishing. Like heavily into fishing but he hasn't gotten a smallie yet. I don't have any this year either. We have a canoe, he's located in Maynard, I'm in Medway. What are some good smallie spots?

Maynard is pretty close to Wachusett Reservoir, that has smallies. I wish I lived that close to Wachusett.

The Chu as we call it has world class smallies. Shore fishing only. Early morn or dusk top water probably best chance this time of yr
