Merrimack is so low now, you need to find deep holes on river to get fish. I know several but I cannot leave my car in those places LOL!!!! Get dropped off anywhere on Middlesex street near the Rourke Bridge when the water is this low and you will find tons of smallies along the railroad riprap banks.
