Gets hit pretty hard in the winter. Only a few spots to shore fish during the rest of the year. The pickerel bite is better than the bass bite. If you get creative and wade out or carry a kayak it may be a lot more productive. Its also deeper than you will think.
more pickerel in Dark Hollow than bass. Spot Pond is minutes away and has tons of huge bass. People take 6+ largies and 3-4+ pound smallies there all the time. Especially now!
