Kayak Cockpit Silencing?

I saw on ACK website the Harmony Silent Pads and Traction System, looks pretty nice and easy to install, has anyone used or tried this?

What about split foam insulation?

Any other ideas or products? Please help!

I got conceal silent traction system from hook1. I think this is the same kind of thing. The one I got was specifically made for the ride 115 and it was very easy to install basically line it up and take the backing off and stick it on there. I actually wanna get some more to put on other parts of the kayak

I've been on the fence about buying some of that for a while. It just seems like a lot of money for what you get.

I'd love to hear of some cheaper DIY solutions other people have done.
