Kayak Rigging For Trout

I love to fish/troll for trout, but don't have a motor boat to do so. i compromised and bought a fishing kayak and rigged it for trolling in deep lakes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Let me know what you think, or if there is anything i should add or get rid of. Feed back would be great appreciated!
