Anyone good with boat wiring need some help

I have a problem with my trim guage and gas guages on my boat and can't figure it out ,this getting old sucks can't see under the console and figure out what is going on when I hit the nav light switch the trim and gas guage will jump and so will the tach but the guages themselves do not work the tach will work when motor is running.Have wiring schematic and everything looks like it's hooked up ok HELP

Can you post a picture of the wiring diagram??? Or a link to it??? To be clear, the guages arent working? When you flip the switch.for the.nav lights..... the needles on the guages jump???

Took it to jim Barry and he staightened it all out for me looks like I hooked up something wrong when I re-did my dash all sett once again thanks
