I sold 10 1/2 OZ tungsten weights to a guy in MS. Dude called me said the package was open and there was no weights in there. I asked for $5 priority shipping and I send him again. I use thick envelop and clear tape sealed envelop. I never had an issue that package is broken. All I think of is someone stool the stuff in there. I took a hit for that? Anyway, he sent me 5 bucks via paypal. I shipped very next day. Now, paypal told me his $5 is no good and will try again pull from his bank. Am I being double dipped?
