4 boat Old School throw down on West Monponsett

A bunch of the guys got together at W. Monponsett today. We started a little earlier than normal to avoid traffic in the afternoon. We went from 6:30-1:30. It was already windy when we got there and kind of chilly. It warmed up kind of quickly and ended up around 85 but the wind was nice. The results were as follows...


WNNER! Dirty Bassassins 15.5 lbs with a 3.10 lunker

BigMouths had 14 something and won lunker w/4.11

Basstards Landlords had 12 or something. I forget

R&R released 4 dinks without weighing due to dinkness

Nice guys we were on the other side and failed to get 5.Scotty got a 4 plus and I lost a pig.We had 2 others for 3 total.Winning bag was 19 something with a 5 pound lunker.

That sucks Ken. We got most of ours on frogs. Couple flipping craws in cover.

Oh well that's fishing.

Ya I only caught 1 fish today and got bit off by a giant pickerel. This was all Sam

I couldn't get a sniff on the frog on the east side today. Or the previous tournament I fished there.

i had to fish the frog very slowly and walk it in place. i was throwing a bigger frog so i didn't get a lot of hits but they were quality. i stuck with it all day. the topless sun bather told me to.
