Cheap Hooks = Lost Fish

I needed hooks for drop shotting/wacky rigging and EWG worm hooks.

I was going to get Gamakatsu hooks like I usually do, but they didn't have the one's I wanted at BPS, so I bought BPS XPS hooks.

I have to say that they are not as sharp. I have to set the hook much harder.

Lesson learned. I'll buy Gamakatsu, Lazer Tokar, Mustad or Owner hooks from now on. Heck I've even had good luck with Matzuo.

Maybe I can sharpen them.

don't bother worst hooks ever you can bend them in your hand once they get to a certain point SNAP

Gami's I find are the best, or if I cant find those second choice daiichi, third choice mustad.

im a huge van of VMC, gamis are a close second

Cant get any better then a trokar and second i would say gami but trokars can not be beat
