Has anyone dealt with Abu customer service when you don't have a receipt? One of the lower guides on my veritas broke off. Bought the rod last year but can't find a receipt.
I gave a friend one I broke in half but didn't have a receipt for and he sent it back 10 dollar and one time deal with out a receipt. free if you have receipt
