Not so secret "Honey Hole"?

I remember there was a post regarding this spot some time ago but don't recall the name. It is right off of Route 3 North Bound on the Lowell/Billerica border. I see cars squeezed in there once in a while (even saw MSP there as well) and a body of water in the background. On Google maps it looks like a small public water supply? No name either, so no information on depth, or even if it's legal to fish there. I pass it everyday and curious if anyone knows anything about it (i.e. are there fish in there).

I too have stared at the cars parked there. Not sure if they're fishing or not?

I posted that a while ago, drive by it every day coming home. Been TONS of cars there this week.

I have watched it over the past year, and I just don't think it's a real fish water. Seems like a marsh really. Maybe duck hunters? Dunno but wish some one would tell us or just check it out!
