Just got my first boat and I'm looking to put an old 4hp mercury on it. Does any one have a good small engine guy north of boston, woburn reading area mostly. Will drive farther if I need to. I belive the engine is a 1973 Merc 40.

guy, i have all my work done at MERRIMACK MARINE, in methuen, they are fair and will do the right jobs, also they are fast getting you back on the water. i wouldn't wait to long to have some one look at it they are all going to get boats/ motors fast.[this time of the year. hope this helps. tell them bob laverriere said to call.
