Lake COCHICHEWICK info/HELP

In north andover theres lake cochichewick. I was wondering whats the deal about the lake before i make my trip there. I heard many different things about how its residents only and theres a locked boat landing only.

I have a canoe and 16' laker vhull. Can i put it in there at a landing or what? I hate just shore fishing. (Idk if you can even do that there either).

Any info would be grateful. Thanks fellas.

Yeah, they're pretty strict up there. The local PD patrol the roads all around for illegal parking and what not. Wish I lived in North Andover, so I could fish here legally
