Slow go in local ponds

Not that I have been out much, but some of my go to little ponds to catch 1 good one or a few decent fish every morning have dried up. I am sure there are so many reasons but wondering if anyone is experiencing a similar situation. Only had the boat out once 3 weeks ago and did well. But a few of my pre work spots have been not so good. Wondering what others are doing
