Haven't seen many of these out here so I thought I would post and show off my new ride. I have a Ascend FS10 from bass pro that I like but also had a Old Town 10' canoe which I liked as well. This is the best of both. Its $ but so far it seems worth it. Feels like a expensive kayak, well built, very comfortable chair, 2 positions high and low, seat also slides forward and back, trolley anchor both sides, track system through out. My only compliant would be for the $ they should have included at least one rod holder. I did buy the paddle holders for the track and so far they suc, always in my way. Should have bought the taco style holder.Anyone else own one ? Any tips on accessories, options?

I've already been thinking of cutting out the dash like you did(and using some vinyl board to make a smaller one) but now I'm thinking of making an access in the front like your new ride has. Gonna be a winter full of thinking on it Very Happy

Very Nice!

Wilderness systems makes one like yours it called
Commander 120 & 140.

If or when I upgrade to a big bass boat, I will be grabbing one these kayaks for small local ponds.

Enjoy!

yes thanks fdw9652 for the idea. I was going to make that a winter project but after selling the canoe I couldnt take it and just went an spent the money. I will keep the FS10 for the wife and kids so maybe I'll do some work on it this winter. I also was looking into the Commander 120, nice kayaks and a little cheaper but the was just to much hype about the Ultimate.

Looks nice. I love how light weight those are. And the hull shape looks like it would cut through the chop pretty well.

After watching some videos on YouTube, I like this thing more and more. Looks very stable, looks like it rides pretty high in the water, which is great if you get caught in the wind and have to paddle into the waves. Bow and stern are nice and sharp so I bet it cuts through the water nice. I like the hard top hatch cover that is available. Like the way you can adjust the seat up and down and forward and back to trim the boat. I'm sure there are a million ways to accessory this bad boy out. Price is a little steep, but one thing I have learned in the 2 kayaks that I own now, you definitely get what you pay for. I'll look at these again in the spring. I am also looking at the Jackson Kilroy and the Lure 11.5.

if I ever got a kayak that would be my choice and I would put a motor on it.

Yes everything you said I was thinking it last year. Jackson Kilroy was my choice until I started looking at the Native watercraft. Price is steep but I fish every week now so just have to save for a year and you have it.
