Has anyone had any luck in either Lake Chauncy or the A1 Site in Westboro? I went a few weeks ago and got nothing but a small pickerel and a nice afternoon on the water. Had a few other bass bites but no real takers. Has the bite picked up for anyone else in this area? thanks.
There was a ten boat get together in A-1 yesterday. Top bag was almost 14 lbs. Everyone limited out. All bags were within 5 lbs of winner and big bass was 4.5 lbs.
Bait of choice for most was a Senko on the bottom, square bill banging off every stump you could see, and top waters and big swimbaits in skinny water.
