I was fishing some Dark waters around Freetown and didn't know what color lures to use , is it clear water brite lite colors and dark waters dark color lures?
You'd think contrast between lure and water but dark and dark is better. With clear waters, you don't necessarily need bright colors, but "realistic" colors that match native baitfish and other things the fish feed on.
dark colors way to go! clear water natural colors! but i do love using bright colors in clear water especially for smallies! they see a pink orange red or chartreuse they go mental!! i like pissing off fish
