I am located in Taunton and would prefer a 45 minute drive or less. Must have ramp capable of launching bass boat. I know of Sabbatia, Winneconet, Norton Reservoir. Thanks in advance!

Sampsons , Oldham , the king of all the weedy ponds "the nip" better have at least 24volt weedless troller tho about 200 acres of lilly and weeds in 3 to 5 feet of water with plenty of monsters lurking underneath.

Long pond Lakeville has 2 coves with lots of weed.1 is small and 1 is large with big rocks in the middle.Whitehall has areas with pads and weed.North Pond Hopkinton, town ramp.Whitmans Weymouth, and there's one in Millis that I can't think of the name right now but it's no gas.I've seen bass put in there and use t motor only.Good fishing there. If you really want mats take the drive to Quabog.Big fish and lots of different stuff to fish.Oldham has more rock than weeds but it's good also. The charles river has a lot of that too, hahahaha, you won't see me there.

Thanks for your input guys. I'm most interested in Whitehall. Been there before a couple times, got skunked but never really gave the place a fair shake. Are there quality bass in there? If so what can I expect? Lastly, how's the action in general? Should I expect to be working hard for a few bites?

Whitehall gets pounded but does have some quality bass. Has about a billion pickerel too

White hall can be hit or miss. Tons of dinks but some big ones. It's one of the most heavily pressured places though too.
