Best baits

I have been wondering for a while now, anyone know the best bait for white perch?

I've caught them with small rapalas but prob caught most of them off weighted crawlers.Hit a spawning bed while tryin for trout caught 1 on every cast ended up with like 15in an hr.It was crazy.

Maybe it's just the waters I fish, but I nail them every time with the red and white daredeviles. In fact, when I start coming up dry for bass, I toss a daredevile in usually within a few casts get them. I have caught some fat white, and yellow perch with those.

They are a pretty aggressive fish when they are feeding. They will hit just about anything that's moving. Small, flashy baits will usually get it done.
