A souped up YAK set up like BlooMagoo and the other YAKers have is a no brainer. I am actually thinking of getting 2 "NuCanoes" to replace my Pond Prowler and my regular canoes.
Bang for your buck with a Yak seems hard to beat.
As far as ice fishing, I ice fish w buddies few times a year on Sundays watching the PATS and my payout/contribution is copious amounts of shiners, beers and chow brought to the ice tailgate parties.
