Anyone have any tips or info on this lake. I've been there twice and its been pretty tough fishing. Went there this morning at 4:am with my brother, canoe and kayak and came up with one fish each.Fished the three coves, islands and used everything in the tackle box. Looks like a good fishing spot, getting weedy but I'm told of a big fish story Shocked that makes me keep going back.
Any feed back appreciated.
Thx

Never fished there myself but my buddy got a state pin bass out of there and I've seen pics of some nice fish out of there also. I hope to get over there soon.

We've had some guys pull some real good fish out of there in the last two tournaments we've had, I believe Chuck landed a 7 shallow off one of the trees, Kenny landed close to a 6(maybe larger) the previous year I boat a 5 lb12 oz, so big fish do exist there.

I mainly frog and flip when I fish there but that's just me keep asking around there are tons of solid dudes here with valuable info.

Seek out Arrogant Angler Valpey he use to live on the lake

Nice, thanks for the comments guys. I will definitely go back, I think its a tuff time to fish (heat!) and lack of experience on my part. 6, 7 pounders! thanks for the motivation. Exclamation
