Hey guys, after doing a quick search I see alot of you fish attitash. I went there for the first time about 2 hours before dusk. First thing I noticed is there a lot of weeds!! The water temp was 76 degrees. Unfortunately i spent most of my time playing with my motor and then my new electronics.

What do most guys find work over there for baits? And do you find bass in the thick weeds, docks, or drop offs?

Any info is appreciated Id like to head back there next week sometime. Thanks

Last time I was there about 5 weeks ago. We were catching them in grass with crankbaits mostly. I imagine there are a lot more weeds at this point.

I'm at Attitash almost every weekend and use spinnerbaits with some success (pay no mind to me, as I use them almost exclusively). Caught a nice lunker on an all black in weeds using a 3/4 oz.

I had luck with zoom super flukes rigged weightless or with a small split shot last summer. You will probably get a few picks so be ready. I haven't been able to get up there this year

the place has everything...grass, weeds, humps, sandbars, docks, and a river with pads etc. you can really fish multiple techniques.
