Is the A1 boat ramp open?

I'd like to hit A1 this summer. I heard the ramp was open. Does anyone know for sure if can you launch and is the parking area open?

The boat ramp was open the last time I was there (on Saturday).

Parking is never an issue.

STUMP POND- A1 IS OPEN, I FISHED THERE JULY 5TH, THE FENCE AND THE WHITE FIELD TRAILER IS STILL THERE BUT THE GATE IS OPEN!!!
10 BASS ALL ABOUT 1.5 -2 LBS A CALICO AND A FEW PIKERAL. VERY WEEDY!!!
