Has anyone fished Masapoag lately? I stopped in there Saturday and noticed a lot of new signage about beach access fees and restricted signs. I did a little fishing but it was to windy and didn't stay long. Was going to try the beach area because that is shielded from the wind some but the parking lot was packed. Seems Sharon had a town vote at the HS and there was also a softball tournament going on. I swear, every time I go to Masapoag, there is a new sign telling you how much you have to pay. A couple summers ago I had a guy come by and tell me I couldn't fish at the Community side beach, though I saw no signs. And if the state stocks the lake with trout, can they deny access to licensed anglers?
