I was looking at the 795 for myself. Almost bought it over the 4th during the TW sale. I guess it depends on how big of swimbaits you want to throw. The 795 will be perfect for what I want to throw.
depends on the swimbaits, id go with the ML 795 for 6 in. or around there you want that longer handle length the regular 795 has a short handle. but you cant go wrong with the 806 you can still throw smaller swimbaits but you can also throw a hudd on it.
im thing 806ml i have the mlfootbsall jig rod and i love it. I agree the longer handle helps im going to use it for stripers to so im thinking 806 thanks for the help.
