Clear Lake, CA - Plymouth Fishing Report

Clear Lake, CA & Various Plymouth Ponds

Last week I went on vacation with my gf Jess, and Dave. We went to Clear Lake in Northern Cali, it was absolutely gorgeous; we caught some decent fish, but those elusive California double digit fish eluded us. The water quality was poor at Clear Lake due to excessive algae bloom and high winds. We still managed to catch a few bass, one around 5 pounds. We got 2 over 8 pound Catfish as well. We also visited Lake Sonoma, but skunked, the scenery was worth it though. Absolutely stunning landscape out there. Since coming back I've hit up a few places in Plymouth, and hooked into some nice fish.
