A Good Day On The Water
it started out with a nice ride down the canal coming out of onset harbor. a few miles past the CC buoy and we were into some macks. instead of going back to fish for stripers at our usual spot we decided to take advantage of the nice weather and make the run out to the banks. out their after moving a few times we managed to hook into some decent haddock/cod fishing. getting 6 keeper haddock and a bunch of other junk fish (sea robins). we then headed back to our striper spot and went on to catch two keeper stripers. overall a nice day.
